By its Junior Year in 2023, Miss Collegiate USA had evolved into a nationally recognized platform for academic-minded young women, drawing contestants from a wide range of colleges and universities. That year marked the exciting contributions of the University Choice Voting Competition, which invited the public to cast votes in support of their favorite delegates.
