Miss Collegiate USA’s Sophomore Year in 2022 marked a season of meaningful expansion and intentional growth. Delegates from an even broader range of colleges and universities joined the national competition, reflecting the organization’s rising presence and inclusive spirit. A standout addition this year was the introduction of a Mental Health & Wellness Session during Nationals Week—creating a safe and supportive space for delegates to prioritize their emotional well-being. This impactful session encouraged open dialogue around self-care, balance, and mental resilience, further setting Miss Collegiate USA apart as a pageant that uplifts the whole woman—mind, body, and purpose. With a continued focus on leadership, personal development, and academic excellence, 2022 strengthened the foundation of a movement rooted in empowerment.
