Age Divisions
To compete for the title of Miss Collegiate USA you must:
Achieve ONE of the following:
Undergraduate college Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior or Senior; or
Graduate student (Masters, Ed, Ph.D); or
College graduate with a 2-year degree or higher; or
Have attended some college.

And you must

be no older than 29, single, and embody strong morals;

be born and am now still a natural female, and a United States citizen or permanent resident;
-
live, work, attend school or own property within the state or region in which you are representing.
To compete for the title of Ms Collegiate USA you must:
Achieve ONE of the following:
​College graduate with a masters degree or higher; or
Current Graduate student (Masters, Ed, Ph.D); or
Have completed some graduate level college courses at an accredited U.S. college or university.
And you must​

be at least 25 years old and no older than 40, unmarried, and embody strong morals;

be born and am now still a natural female and a United States citizen or US permanent resident;

live, work, attend school or own property within the state or region in which you are representing.

May be a parent.
To compete for the title of Miss High School USA you must:
Be an incoming or current High School young lady in grades 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade.

And you must

be single, never married, never given birth or a parent

embody strong morals;
-
be born and am now still a natural female and a United States citizen or US permanent resident;

live, work, attend school or own property within the state or region in which you are representing.
To compete for the title of Miss Jr High School USA you must:
Be an incoming or current junior high school young lady in grades 6th, 7th, or 8th grade.

And you must

Must never have been married or given birth and be of good character;

Be born and am now still a natural female;

Be a United States citizen or permanent resident;
-
Live, attend school or family owns property within the state or region in which you are representing.
*Status as of July 1st of the national competition year. If an incoming Freshman for the upcoming academic year, you are eligible to compete either for the high school or collegiate title.
