The Miss Collegiate USA Internship Program is designed for ambitious high school and college students who are ready to gain real-world experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to a national organization dedicated to empowering young women through scholarship, leadership, and service.

This immersive experience offers students the chance to work alongside the national team behind one of the nation’s most inspiring collegiate leadership platforms.

Vision & Mission

The Miss Collegiate USA Internship Program aims to expand the organization’s reach and impact by engaging talented college and college-bound students in meaningful professional experiences. Through hands-on involvement in social media, event planning, community outreach, and organizational management, interns will bring fresh perspectives that strengthen MCU’s reputation and presence. This program provides students with valuable insight into the nonprofit and event management sectors while fostering leadership, professionalism, and the spirit of sisterhood that defines pageantry.
