The State Contestant Local Sash is an opportunity for state contestants to represent their town, city, or community and hold a local title as they prepare for their Miss Collegiate USA state pageant. Contestants may purchase their local sash, in which may be worn during any community or charity events that they support to represent the Miss Collegiate USA Organization.
First come, first serve for 1st or 2nd choice titles.
*This is optional and not required for state contestants.

All pageant fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable, no exceptions!
State Contestants will have the option to select their Local Title to represent their city, town or county once they have officially registered to compete in their state pageant. Preference local titles will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
