Regional & State Appointed Titles:
Don't see a pageant in your state? Apply as a 2021 State Appointed titleholder. State Appointed (or At-Large) titleholders are provided the opportunity to represent their state and compete at the national pageant as a representative.
Eligibility for Miss Collegiate USA :

you must be no older than 29, single, attended some college (Undergraduate, Graduate student or College graduate), embody strong morals,

born a natural female, and
-
a United States citizen, live, work, attend school or own property within the state or region in which you are representing.
