The Miss Collegiate USA Organization has decided to postpone the inaugural 2020 National Pageant due to the global pandemic, COVID-19, and the ongoing safety and health concerns to continue social distancing over the next few months.  While this news is disappointing to our pageant family, it is a responsible choice for the health and wellness of the MCU community, our neighbors and our nation.


Paid Sponsorship Fees

In addition to the increased health risk and safety, we understand there are many financial impacts this nation will experience during state and local shutdowns; therefore, the Miss Collegiate USA Organization feels it is our financial obligation to refund all sponsorship fees paid from state delegates, minus any MCU expenses paid (i.e. crown & sash) for each individual participant.  


Refunds will be issued over the next few days through Paypal.


State delegates who paid a deposit ($245) and/or their full sponsorship fees will be granted priority to represent their originally “reserved” title for 2021.  They will be privileged with the same opportunity to compete at Nationals 2021 for the inaugural national titles in Greenville. State delegates who would like to accept this offer should contact National Headquarters so we may update their State Delegate Official Contract with the extended dates.  


Application Fees

All application fees ($50) will remain non-refundable.   However, if you are still within your 30 days of submitting your Delegate Deposit, it will be applied to the 2021 application fee.
